TSHG Advisors is a boutique advisory firm focused on transactions and consultancy services within the education sector in India, Dubai, Singapore, UK and US. Our primary focus is within K-12 schools, Higher Education Sector and Student Housing Sector.
There is an increasingly high growth of investments into this alternative asset class by K-12 and student housing owners & operators, real estate funds, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices and our firm is proud to be the benchmark leader in this space.

We work with private equity funds, global school chains, local K-12 school operators who want to invest in standalone or portfolio of K-12 schools. For real estate funds looking at sale and leaseback transactions, we facilitate those with a focus on International curriculum schools.

There is a continued move towards consolidation by big players to lease standalone schools and increase market share. Our firm is constantly sourcing such opportunities.

Student Housing Sector
- Equity and Buy-out Transactions
Universities are always looking to deleverage their balance sheet and put resources and funds in core operations. We are actively being mandated by them to find an appropriate student housing partner who invests in their existing hostels as well partner with them for future hostels.
- Tenant Representation For Campus Lease Transactions
We are working with all major student housing operators to source them student hostels across major student cities in India.
- Off Campus Purpose Built Student Accommodation
Global real estate funds, sovereign funds and insurance companies invest primarily in off campus assets near universities. Our firm is exclusively working with the majority of the funds on sourcing such investment opportunities.

Arshnoor has a total work experience of more than 13 years across Private Wealth Management Hedge Funds and Real Estate Industry. He has worked for companies such as ABN AMRO Bank, HDFC Bank, Religare Macquarie Private Wealth before setting up his venture in 2016. He is a Bachelor of Commerce ( Hons) graduate from Delhi University and CFA Level 1 Candidate.
